DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Regarding the issuance of the list of key goods and the list of key markets for national trade promotion in 2005
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 05/2002/NQ-CP dated April 24, 2002 of the Government on some measures to implement the socio-economic plan for 2002;
Pursuant to Decision No. 0104/2003/QĐ-BTM dated January 24, 2003 of the Minister of Trade promulgating the regulations on the establishment and management of the national key trade promotion program,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision are the following Lists:
- List A: Key goods for national trade promotion in 2005.
- List B: Key markets for national trade promotion in 2005.
Article 2. Programs for trade promotion in 2005 proposed by Ministries, agencies at ministerial level, industry associations, and industry holding companies that comply with the regulations on the establishment and management of the national key trade promotion program issued together with Decision No. 0104/2003/QĐ-BTM dated January 24, 2003 of the Minister of Trade and fall within the categories of key goods and key markets will be prioritized for review by the Ministry of Trade and submitted to the Prime Minister for approval according to the following combined procedures:
- Exporting key goods (List A) to key markets (List B);
- Exporting key goods (List A) to other markets (markets outside List B);
- Exporting all goods, including those not listed in List A, to countries in List B.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
