CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 58-SL dated May 3, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Interior,
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior approved by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW :
Article 1: Mr. Le Tat Dak is hereby appointed Deputy Director of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Ministry of Interior as of May 1, 1953.
Article 2: The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
