PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on restructuring, modernizing, and developing state-owned forest enterprises.
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province,

Article 1. Approves the Plan for Restructuring and Modernizing State-Owned Forest Enterprises under the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province as follows:
Convert the Ninh Son Forest Enterprise and Tan Tien Forest Enterprise into forestry companies.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned forest enterprises as provided in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Decide to adjust the area and boundaries of land allocated to forestry companies in accordance with the local forestry development plan and the development plan of each forest enterprise as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Circular No. 1756/BNN-ĐMDN dated July 17, 2006.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and related agencies shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province in implementing this Plan.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
