DECISION

Regarding the correction of Circular No. 14/2015/TT-NHNN dated August 28, 2015 by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam amending and supplementing

certain articles of Circular No. 19/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 6, 2013 by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam

concerning the purchase, sale, and handling of non-performing loans of the Company for Management of Credit Institutions' Assets in Vietnam

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Law No. 17/2008/QH12 on Legislative Activities dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2010/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2010 of the Government regarding inspection and handling of regulatory legal documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 100/2010/NĐ-CP dated September 28, 2010 of the Government on the Official Gazette;

Pursuant to Decree No. 156/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2013 of the Government regarding functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Circular No. 14/2015/TT-NHNN dated August 28, 2015 by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 19/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 6, 2013 by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam concerning the purchase, sale, and handling of non-performing loans of the Company for Management of Credit Institutions' Assets in Vietnam;

Considering the proposal of the Director of Banking Inspection and Supervision,

DECIDES:

Article 1. Correcting a technical error in Clause 4, Article 4a of Circular No. 19/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 6, 2013 by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam concerning the purchase, sale, and handling of non-performing loans of the Company for Management of Credit Institutions' Assets in Vietnam as amended and supplemented at Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular No. 14/2015/TT-NHNN dated August 28, 2015 as follows:

Amend the phrase “bên được lãnh” to read “bên được bảo lãnh”.

Article 2. Implementation organization:

1. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

2. The Director of the Office, the Director of Banking Inspection and Supervision, Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam branches in provinces and cities, Chairmen of Boards of Directors, Chairmen of Management Councils, and General Managers (Directors) of Vietnamese credit institutions; Chairmen of Management Councils and General Managers of the Company for Management of Credit Institutions' Assets are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
