DECISION
Issuing the Rules for Domestic Waterway Passenger Transport

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transportation;
Considering the proposal by the Director of the Legal Affairs Department - Transport and the Director of Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration.
DECISION
Article 1. To issue with this Decision "The Rules for Domestic Waterway Passenger Transport".
Article 2. This Decision replaces Decision No. 1036 QĐ/VT dated June 12, 1990 of the Minister of Transportation and Posts; it shall take effect thirty days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Legal Affairs Department - Transport, Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transportation (Provincial Departments of Transportation and Public Works), Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and all individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
