Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 dated February 19, 2025;

Decree No. Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP dated January 4 years 2025 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 24, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Consular Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. To correct technical errors in Circular No. 06/2023/TT-BNG dated December 26, 2023, issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 01/2011/TT-BNG dated June 20, 2011, issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs on procedures for issuing permits for the importation of corpses, remains, and ashes into Vietnam; Circular No. 02/2011/TT-BNG dated June 27, 2011, issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs guiding procedures for registering Vietnamese citizens residing abroad; Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BNG dated September 25, 2020, issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs guiding the issuance, extension, cancellation of diplomatic passports, official passports, and issuance of letters of request for foreign countries to issue visas (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 06/2023/TT-BNG) as follows:

1. Amend the name "Article 3. Implementation Organization" to "Article 4. Implementation Organization".

2. Amend the name "Article 4. Effective Date" to "Article 5. Effective Date".

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signature and is an integral part of Circular No. 06/2023/TT-BNG.

Article 3. The Director of the Consular Department, the Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, the Heads of Vietnamese agencies abroad, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision. /.
