Article 1. Approves the Agreement on Harmonized Management Regulations for Electrical and Electronic Equipment of ASEAN.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall notify the date of approval of the Agreement to the ASEAN Secretariat, and simultaneously make copies and publish the Agreement in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. The Ministry of Science and Technology shall take the lead and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to implement necessary preparatory work to be ready for implementation when the Agreement comes into effect.
