Regarding the awarding of commendations by the Prime Minister

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Lai Province (Proposal No. 2898/TTr-UBND dated October 8, 2007) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 1718/TTr-BTĐKT dated December 13, 2007),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding Commendations of the Prime Minister to:
1. Mr. Ksor Keng, Head of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee of Gia Lai;
2. Mr. Huynh Thanh, Deputy Chairman of the People's Council of Gia Lai Province;
For outstanding achievements in work from 2002 to 2006, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Lai Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
