Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2004 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Correcting Circular No. 28/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 2, 2009, which stipulates the procedures and formalities for drafting and promulgating legal normative documents in the field of agriculture and rural development as follows:

1. The legal basis section printed as: "Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Developmen".

Corrected to read: "Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development".

2. Article 2 on the scope of application printed as: "This regulation applies to organizations, units, and individuals under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development related to the drafting and promulgation of legal normative documents".

Corrected to read: "This circular applies to organizations, units, and individuals under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development related to the drafting, review, and promulgation of legal normative documents".

3. Article 9. Responsibilities of the Legal Department

- Clause 4 printed as: "... legal normative documents submitted to the Government, Prime Minister ...".

- Point b, Clause 2, Article 9 printed as: "... construction, issuance, documents".
