BASED ON ARTICLE 3 OF DECISION NO. 37/2000/QĐ-TTg DATED MARCH 24, 2000 OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER ON THE ADDITION OF OTHER KEY INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS TO THE LIST;

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

ADDS COMPUTER PRODUCTS TO THE LIST OF KEY INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS UNDER DECISION NO. 37/2000/QĐ-TTg DATED MARCH 24, 2000 OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER.

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry,

DECISION:

Article 1. TAX INCENTIVES AND OTHER FINANCIAL POLICIES FOR COMPUTER PRODUCTS SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED UNIFORMLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF DECISION NO. 37/2000/QĐ-TTg DATED MARCH 24, 2000 OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER (ATTACHED ANNEX).

Article 2. THE MINISTERS OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT, INDUSTRY, FINANCE, SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, TRADE, NATIONAL DEFENSE, AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, FISHERIES; THE CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE COMMITTEE FOR ETHNIC AFFAIRS AND MOUNTAINOUS REGIONS, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, DIRECTORS OF THE LAND ADMINISTRATION GENERAL DEPARTMENT, CUSTOMS GENERAL DEPARTMENT, POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS GENERAL DEPARTMENT; HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT PRICE BOARD, DIRECTOR OF VIETNAMESE BROADCASTING CORPORATION, CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT SUPPORT FUND, GENERAL DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 4. The Ministers of Planning and Investment, Industry, Finance, Science, Technology and Environment, Trade, National Defense, Agriculture and Rural Development, Fisheries; the Minister and Head of the Committee for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Director General of the Land Administration General Department, Director General of the Customs General Department, Director General of the Posts and Telecommunications General Department; the Chairman of the Government Price Control Board, Director of the Voice of Vietnam Radio, Chairman of the Management Council of the Investment and Development Support Fund, General Director of the Vietnam Electronics and Informatics Corporation, Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
