Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies,

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decision No. 494/QĐ-TTg dated June 24, 2002 of the Prime Minister approving the project: "Some measures to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning courses on Marxist-Leninist Science, Ho Chi Minh Thought in universities and colleges, and political courses in vocational schools and vocational training institutions;"

Pursuant to Circulars No. 775/CV-KGTW, 776/CV-KGTW, 777/CV-KGTW dated March 18, 2003 of the Central Steering Committee for Science and Education and Circular No. 2795/CV-TTVH dated March 15, 2003 of the Central Steering Committee for Ideology and Culture regarding the review of the Course Outline: Marxist-Leninist Philosophy; Marxist-Leninist Political Economy (for economic management majors) and Marxist-Leninist Political Economy (for non-economic management majors) at the college level;

In accordance with the proposals of the Heads of the Department of Political Work, the Head of the University Department,

Pursuant to …;:

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Course Outline: Marxist-Leninist Philosophy; Marxist-Leninist Political Economy (for economic management majors) and Marxist-Leninist Political Economy (for non-economic management majors) at the college level.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall be implemented from the academic year 2003-2004. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Heads of the General Office, the Heads of the Department of Political Work, the Head of the University Department, the Heads of relevant units, and the Principals of colleges and higher education institutions authorized to train at the college level are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
