Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies,

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Course Outline: Marxist-Leninist Philosophy; Marxist-Leninist Political Economy (for economic management majors) and Marxist-Leninist Political Economy (for non-economic management majors) at the college level.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall be implemented from the academic year 2003-2004. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the General Office, the Heads of the Department of Political Work, the Head of the University Department, the Heads of relevant units, and the Principals of colleges and higher education institutions authorized to train at the college level are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
