THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to the Ordinance on State Secrets Protection dated December 28, 2000;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on State Secrets Protection;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decision No. 27/2005/QĐ-TTg dated January 31, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating the List of Top Secret State Secrets of the Construction Sector;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1486/2004/QĐ-BCA-A17 dated December 20, 2004 of the Minister of Public Security promulgating the List of Confidential State Secrets of the Construction Sector;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Construction,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Regulations on management, creation, and use of state secrets documents of the Ministry of Construction.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 14/1999/QĐ-BXD dated May 5, 1999 of the Minister of Construction on the management, issuance, and use of state secrets documents.

Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry of Construction, heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
