MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents issued together with Decision No. 02/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister.
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 80/2006/ND-CP dated August 9, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Review and Assessment of Environmental Impact and the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulations on conditions and activities of environmental impact assessment report review services attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central city, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
