Issuing the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Cultural - Artistic - Information Industry at Bachelor's Degree Level
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Based on the evaluation results on November 30, 2007 of the Advisory Council for the Development of the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Cultural - Artistic - Information Industry at Bachelor's Degree Level;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Education and Training,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Cultural - Artistic - Information Industry at Bachelor's Degree Level, consisting of ten framework curricula for the following ten fields:
1. Piano.
2. Western Musical Instrument Performance.
3. Dance Training.
4. Drama - Film Performance.
5. Cinematography.
6. Library - Information.
7. Conservation - Museum.
8. Publishing Product Distribution.
9. Painting.
10. Applied Graphic Design.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The attached Framework Curriculum shall be used in universities, academies, colleges assigned the task of training these fields at the bachelor's degree level.
Article 3. Based on the Framework Curriculum prescribed in this Decision, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Principals of colleges shall organize the development of specific educational programs for their institutions; organize the compilation and approval of textbooks for courses for official use in their institutions based on the assessment of the Textbook Evaluation Council established by the Rector or Principal.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of Departments under the Ministry of Education and Training, Heads of relevant units, Rectors of universities and academies, and Principals of colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
