Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending Point b, Clause 13, Article 13 of Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 of the Government on teaching and learning the spoken language and writing of ethnic minorities in general education institutions and continuing education centers;

Pursuant to Circular Joint No. 50/2011/TTLT-BGDĐT-BNV-BTC dated November 3, 2011 of the joint circular of the Ministry of Education and Training - Ministry of Home Affairs - Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and Article 9 of Decree No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 of the Government on teaching and learning the spoken language and writing of ethnic minorities in general education institutions and continuing education centers;

At the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and School Management Officer Department,

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Program for Training Teachers Teaching the Bana, Ede, and Cham Languages,

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Training Programs for Teachers Teaching Ethnic Minority Languages, including:

1. The Program for Training Teachers Teaching the Bana Language.

2. The Program for Training Teachers Teaching the Ede Language.

3. The Program for Training Teachers Teaching the Cham Language.

Article 2. The Program for Training Teachers Teaching the Bana, Ede, and Cham Languages issued together with this Circular serves as the basis for compiling training materials for teachers teaching the Bana, Ede, and Cham languages and implementing teaching activities, testing, and evaluating teaching results according to the program for lecturers and students.

This Circular takes effect from July 15, 2014.

Article 3. Director of the Office, Director of the Department of Teachers and School Management Staff, Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Principals of teacher training colleges, principals of normal universities, Directors of universities with normal faculties, principals of universities with teacher training departments are responsible for enforcing this Circular./.
