Amending and supplementing Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 9, 2013 promulgating the Supplementary List of Fertilizers Permitted for Production, Business, and Use in Vietnam

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Cultivation Department;
amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 22/2019/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 30, 2019 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding certain provisions of the Livestock Law on the management of breeds and breeding products of livestock. amending and supplementing Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 9, 2013 promulgating the Supplementary List of Fertilizers Permitted for Production, Business, and Use in Vietnam.
Article 1. Removing from the Supplementary List of Fertilizers Permitted for Production, Business, and Use in Vietnam attached as Appendix 1, 2 to Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 9, 2013 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT) including: 107 types of fertilizers (Appendix 1 issued together with this Circular); liquid form of two types of leaf fertilizers, powder form of three types of leaf fertilizers (Appendix 2 issued together with this Circular).
Article 2. Amending and supplementing the product name; organization, individual registering fertilizer at Appendix 1 issued together with Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT, including four types of fertilizers (Appendix 3 issued together with this Circular).
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from August 7, 2014.
Article 4. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, heads of units and organizations, and individuals related thereto are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
