Amending and supplementing Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 9, 2013 promulgating the additional list of fertilizers permitted for production, trading and use in Vietnam
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Cultivation Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular to amend and supplement Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 9, 2013 promulgating the additional list of fertilizers permitted for production, trading and use in Vietnam.
Article 1. Removing from the additional list of fertilizers permitted for production, trading and use in Vietnam set out in Appendices 1 and 2 issued together with Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 9, 2013 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT) include: 107 types of fertilizers(Appendix 1 issued together with this Circular); liquid form of two types of leaf fertilizers, powder form of three types of leaf fertilizers (Appendix 2 issued together with this Circular).
Article 2. Amending and supplementing the product name; organization and individual registering fertilizers at Appendix 1 issued together with Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT, including four types of fertilizers (Appendix 3 issued together with this Circular).
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from August 7, 2014.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, heads of units and organizations, and individuals related thereto are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
