This Circular amends and supplements certain provisions of Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN on the fee schedule for payment services through the State Bank of Vietnam. Amending and supplementing certain Articles of Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN
dated December 5, 2013, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam Service fee schedule for transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam
All credit institutions on June 16, 2010; Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law Con credit institutions on November 20, 2017; CPursuant to Decree No. 101/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 22, 2012, of the Government on non-cash payment; Decree No. 80/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016, of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 101/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 22, 2012, of the Government on non-cash payment;
Amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN dated December 5, 2013, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam on the service fee schedule for transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN).
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 16/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Payment Department Director;
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgates this Circular Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN
Supplementing Article 1a as follows:
Article 1a:
"Reducing by 50% the transaction fees at points 1.1 and 1.2 of Section 1 "Transaction Fees for Transactions through the Interbank Electronic Payment System" in Part III "Domestic Payment Service Fees" of the Service Fee Schedule for Transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam issued together with this Circular during the period from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021." The Director of the Office, Heads of the Payment Department, the Information Technology Department, and other units under the State Bank of Vietnam; commercial banks, foreign bank branches, Treasury, and other organizations using services through the State Bank of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 2. Responsibility for Implementation
1. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2021.

This Circular abolishes Circular No. 04/2020/TT-NHNN dated March 31, 2020, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN dated December 5, 2013, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam on the service fee schedule for transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam./.
