CIRCULAR
Issuing supplementary List of Occupations and Jobs with Heavy, Hazardous, and Dangerous Conditions
and List of Occupations and Jobs with Particularly Heavy, Hazardous, and Dangerous Conditions

Pursuant to the Labor Safety Law dated June 25, 2015;
Based on Decree No. 62/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate;
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to supplement the List of Occupations and Jobs with Heavy, Hazardous, and Dangerous Conditions and the List of Occupations and Jobs with Particularly Heavy, Hazardous, and Dangerous Conditions.
Article 1. Supplementing the List of Occupations and Jobs with Heavy, Hazardous, and Dangerous Conditions and the List of Occupations and Jobs with Particularly Heavy, Hazardous, and Dangerous Conditions
Attached to this Circular is the supplementary List of Occupations and Jobs with Heavy, Hazardous, and Dangerous Conditions (working conditions category IV) and the List of Occupations and Jobs with Particularly Heavy, Hazardous, and Dangerous Conditions (working conditions categories VI and V).
Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2024.
2. Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
