OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC AMENDING ARTICLE 15 OF THE ORDINANCE SPECIFYING IN DETAIL THE ORGANIZATION OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT AND THE ORGANIZATION OF LOCAL PEOPLE'S COURTS DATED MARCH 23, 1961.
