Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province (Proposal No. 3545/TTr-UBND dated November 28, 2007) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 151/TTr-BTĐKT dated January 28, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding commendations from the Prime Minister to two collectives and two individuals from Quang Ngai Province (attached list), who have achieved remarkable results in their work from 2002 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, the collectives, and individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
