PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and independent accounting subsidiaries under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the adjustment of the plan for restructuring and modernizing state-owned enterprises directly under the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province for 2005-2006 as set out in the Appendix attached hereto.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province shall be responsible for:
1. Directing the restructuring and modernization of state-owned enterprises directly under it in accordance with the provisions of the law and the approved contents.
2. Based on the criteria and classification list of state-owned enterprises issued together with Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister, deciding the proportion of state capital held when carrying out the shareholding reform of state-owned enterprises.
Article 3. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and relevant agencies shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province in implementing this Decision.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development shall be responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province and heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
