REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF DECISION NO. 26/2007/QD-BTC DATED APRIL 16, 2007

WHEREAS THE LAW ON ENACTMENT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS dated November 12, 1996, AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTMENT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS dated December 16, 2002;
WHEREAS GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 ON THE STATE BULLETIN OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM;
WHEREAS GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE.
At the proposal of the Director of the International Cooperation Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. SUPPLEMENT THE PART THAT WAS MISPRINTED AT PAGES 14 AND PAGE 393 OF DECISION NO. 26/2007/QD-BTC DATED APRIL 16, 2007 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE "ON THE ISSUANCE OF THE SPECIAL PREFERENTIAL IMPORT TAX SCHEDULE OF VIETNAM TO IMPLEMENT THE ASEAN - CHINA FREE TRADE AREA" ATTACHED HERETO.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. THE DIRECTOR OF THE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
