MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Circular No. 15/TTLB dated August 21, 1996 of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Culture and Information on the coordination of training and professional development for music and art teachers serving aesthetic education for kindergarten and primary school students;
At the proposal of the Director of the Teachers Department and the Director of the Higher Education Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: Now hereby promulgates with this Decision the "Objectives, Plans, and Programs for Four-Year Undergraduate Art Teacher Training."
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature and shall be applied in universities permitted by the Ministry to train art teachers (four-year system) starting from the academic year 1999-2000. The Directors of the Teachers Department and the Higher Education Department are responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3: The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Teachers Department, Directors of the Higher Education Department, Directors of relevant departments, Heads of related units, and Deans of universities permitted by the Ministry to train Bachelor of Arts Education are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
