Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and related agency activities involving foreign countries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Information Technology Industry.

Article 1. This Decision annexes the "List of Used Information Technology Products Prohibited from Importation."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Directorates, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and organizations and individuals engaged in the production and trading of information technology and telecommunication products are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
