Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ISSUE, SETTLEMENT, USE AND PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES FOR BANK CARD OPERATIONS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECISION NO. 371/1999/QĐ-NHNN1 OF OCTOBER 19, 1999 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ON THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON THE ISSUE, USE AND SETTLEMENT OF BANK CARDS.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE SETTLEMENT DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, THE GOVERNORS OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM BRANCHES IN PROVINCES AND CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES, THE CHAIRMEN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARDS AND GENERAL MANAGERS (DIRECTORS) OF COMMERCIAL BANKS, DEVELOPMENT BANKS, INVESTMENT BANKS, POLICY BANKS, COOPERATIVE BANKS AND OTHER TYPES OF BANKS, NON-BANK CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS, CREDIT COOPERATIVES, OTHER ENTITIES THAT ARE NOT CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
