THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to the results of the evaluation by the Evaluation Council for the framework curriculum for higher education in the Health Science sector at bachelor's and college levels on December 29, 2006;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Higher Education,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the framework curriculum for higher education in the Health Science sector at bachelor's and college levels, including:
1. Preventive Medicine, bachelor's level.
2. Preventive Medical Technology, college level.
3. Enteral Nutrition Technology, college level.
4. Food Safety Testing Technology, college level.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The attached framework curriculum shall be used in universities, academies, colleges, and institutions assigned the task of training these fields at bachelor's or college levels.
Article 3. Based on the framework curriculum prescribed in this Decision, the Rectors of universities and academies and the Principals of colleges organize the development of specific curricula for their institutions; they organize the compilation and approval of textbooks for courses for official use in their institutions based on the evaluation by the Textbook Evaluation Council established by the Rector or Principal.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Higher Education Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Principals of colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
