Amending and supplementing certain contents of Circular No. 09/2009/TT-BNN dated March 3, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Developmenton issuing the list of plant protection chemicals permitted for use,Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;restrict use, prohibit use in Vietnam

Pursuant to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Law promulgated on August 8, 2001;

Pursuant to the Regulation on Management of Plant Protection Chemicals issued together with Decision No. 89/2006/QĐ-BNN dated October 2, 2006 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department,

Amending and supplementing certain contents of Circular No. 09/2009/TT-BNN dated March 3, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the list of plant protection chemicals permitted for use, restricted for use, and prohibited for use in Vietnam including: amending the name of the organization applying for registration, amending the trade name, amending the target pests, supplementing the name of the chemical (with attached annexes).

Article 1. The export and import of plant protection chemicals issued together with this Circular shall be carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Export and Import of Goods issued together with Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government.

Article 2. The Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.

Article 3. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
