Article 1. ADDING THE ACTIVE SUBSTANCE TRIFLURALIN TO THE LIST OF PROHIBITED CHEMICALS AND ANTIBIOTICS IN THE PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS OF AQUATIC PRODUCTS AT ANNEX 1 ISSUED ALONG WITH THE CIRCULAR NO. 15/2009/TT-BNN DATED MARCH 17, 2009 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE LIST OF PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED USE OF DRUGS, CHEMICALS, AND ANTIBIOTICS.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SERVICES, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS; THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS; DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS OF AQUATIC PRODUCTS AND THE PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS OF VETERINARY DRUGS FOR AQUATIC PRODUCTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
