CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;

Pursuant to the Law on Radio Frequency dated November 23, 2009;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications, and Decree No. 50/2011/NĐ-CP dated June 24, 2011 amending Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology;

The Minister of Information and Communications promulgates National Technical Regulations,

Article 1. Issued together with this Circular are the following 02 National Technical Regulations:

1. National technical regulation on DVB-T2 terrestrial digital television receiving equipment Designation QCVN 63: 2012/BTTTT

2. National technical regulation on DVB-T2 terrestrial digital television transmission signal Designation QCVN 64: 2012/BTTTT

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Science and Technology Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
