Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration;
The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular stipulating the List of Equipment for Vocational Training at the Intermediate Technical Level and Higher Vocational Level for the following trades: Medical Electronic Equipment Technology; Medical Imaging Equipment Technology; Operation and Maintenance of Electric Pump Stations; Refrigeration Equipment Operation and Maintenance; Database Management; Office Information Technology; Ship Control; Topographic Surveying; Marine Environmental Protection; Biotechnology; Food Crop Cultivation; Reception and Hotel Management Services,
REGULATION LEGAL
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 19, 2013.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial people's committees under central cities, the Vocational Training Administration, intermediate technical schools, higher vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher education institutions, and universities that have registered to teach these trades and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
During implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution.
