ISSUING THE LIST OF POPULATION NAMES, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL TITLES economic - social
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A MAP OF PHÚ THỌ PROVINCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 21/2013/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 4, 2013, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT.
AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM SURVEYING AND MAPPING AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THE LIST OF POPULATION NAMES, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL TITLES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A MAP OF PHÚ THỌ PROVINCE.
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE LIST OF POPULATION NAMES, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL TITLES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A MAP OF PHÚ THỌ PROVINCE.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 16, 2013.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
