Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/2013/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2013 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 49/2010/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2010 of the Government on exemption, reduction of tuition fees, support for learning expenses, and mechanisms for collecting and using tuition fees at educational institutions under the national education system from the academic year 2010-2011 to the academic year 2014-2015.

At the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular on the List of heavy, hazardous, and dangerous trades for intermediate vocational education and higher vocational education.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the List of heavy, hazardous, and dangerous trades for intermediate vocational education and higher vocational education (with an appendix attached) to be applied to the subjects entitled to reduced tuition fees as stipulated in Article 5 of Decree No. 49/2010/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2010 of the Government on exemption, reduction of tuition fees, support for learning expenses, and mechanisms for collecting and using tuition fees at educational institutions under the national education system from the academic year 2010-2011 to the academic year 2014-2015.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 10, 2014.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, vocational training institutions registered to operate vocational training in heavy, hazardous, and dangerous trades for intermediate vocational education and higher vocational education, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
