TT-BCT dated October 23, 2017 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Product Quality Law;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular amending Appendix I "List of textile products subject to the regulation of Technical Regulations" accompanying the National Technical Regulation on the limit levels of formaldehyde and aromatic amines derived from azo dyes in textile products (QCVN:01/2017/BCT) issued by Circular No. 21/2017/TT-BCT dated October 23, 2017 of the Minister of Industry and Trade.

Article 1. Amending Appendix I "List of textile products subject to the regulation of Technical Regulations" accompanying the National Technical Regulation on the limit levels of formaldehyde and aromatic amines derived from azo dyes in textile products (QCVN:01/2017/BCT) issued by Circular No. 21/2017/TT-BCT dated October 23, 2017 of the Minister of Industry and Trade as follows:

Repeal code 9619: "Bandages and cotton tampons, napkins and diapers for children, and similar items, of any material".

Article 2. Effective Date

National Assembly Office, Central Party Office and relevant Party Committees;

- Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Ministers;

- Supreme People's Court;

- Ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, and agencies under the Government;
