Circular No. 20/2021/TT-BTTTT amends and supplements Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT dated April 8, 2013, issued by the Minister of Information and Communications on the List of Software and Hardware, Electronic Products

CIRCULAR

Amending and supplementing Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT dated April 8, 2013 issued by the Minister of Information and Communications on the List of software and hardware, electronic products

Pursuant to Decree No. 71/2007/NĐ-CP dated May 3, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Information Technology regarding the information technology industry;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Information Technology,

Pursuant to the Law on Information Technology dated June 29, 2006;

The Minister of Information and Communications promulgates this Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT dated April 8, 2013 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the List of software and hardware, electronic products.

Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017, issued by the Government, on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

Article 1. Amending and supplementing Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT dated April 8, 2013 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the List of software and hardware, electronic products as follows:

1. Replacing Appendix No. 01 List of software products in Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT dated April 8, 2013 of the Minister of Information and Communications with Appendix 01 List of software products attached to this Circular.

Article 2. Effectiveness and transitional provisions

2. Software products that have been identified as belonging to the List of software products before the effective date of this Circular shall continue to be applied according to the purpose of the List in Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT dated April 8, 2013 of the Minister of Information and Communications.

1. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Information Technology, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, and enterprises, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Circular.

1. This Circular shall take effect from February 2, 2022.

2. In the course of implementation, if any difficulties arise, organizations and individuals are requested to report to the Ministry of Information and Communications for supplementation and amendment as appropriate./.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

1. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Information Technology, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, and related enterprises, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

2. In the course of implementation, if any difficulties arise, organizations and individuals are requested to report to the Ministry of Information and Communications for supplementation and amendment as appropriate./ .
