CIRCULAR

Guidelines for the level of collection, collection regime, payment, management

and use of fees for visiting the Vietnam Women's Museum

Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Fee and Stamp Duty Ordinance and Decree No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

After receiving the opinion of the Vietnam Women's Union in Circular No. 978/CV-ĐCT dated November 2, 2010, the Ministry of Finance issues guidelines for the level of collection, collection regime, payment, management and use of fees for visiting the Vietnam Women's Museum as follows:

Article 1. Subjects paying visitation fees

1. Visitors to the Vietnam Women's Museum must pay visitation fees according to the provisions of Article 2 of this Circular.

2. No visitation fee will be charged for visitors who are representatives or invited guests of Party and State agencies, National Assembly, Government; children, elementary school students, middle school students, high school students.

Article 2. Level of visitation fees

1. The level of visitation fees is stipulated as follows:

a) For adults: VND 30,000 per person per visit;

b) For vocational school students, college students, university students; members of the Vietnam Women's Union: VND 10,000 per person per visit.

2. Subjects entitled to preferential cultural benefits as provided for in Article 2 of Decision No. 170/2003/QĐ-TTg dated August 14, 2003 of

Article 3. Collection, payment, management and use regimes for visitation fees

The visitation fees for the Vietnam Women's Museum as stipulated in this Circular are revenue under the state budget, managed and used as follows:

1. The collecting agency is allowed to retain 90% of the collected fees before remitting them to the state budget to cover the costs of collection.

2. The remaining portion (10%) of the fees, the collecting agency shall remit to the state budget according to the corresponding chapter, category, item, sub-item of the current state budget classification.

3. Other contents related to collection, payment, management, use, and publicizing the collection regime not specified in this Circular shall be implemented in accordance with Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC dated July 24, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of laws on fees and stamp duties; Circular No. 45/2006/TT-BTC dated May 25, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC dated July 24, 2002; Circular No. 60/2007/TT-BTC dated June 14, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of some articles of the Law on Tax Administration and guiding the implementation of Decree No. 85/2007/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of some articles of the Law on Tax Administration and Circular No. 157/2009/TT-BTC dated August 6, 2009 amending and supplementing Circular No. 60/2007/TT-BTC dated June 14, 2007.

Article 4. Organization of Implementation

1. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.

2. During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties, it is requested that agencies, organizations, and individuals promptly report them to the Ministry of Finance for research and guidance./.
