PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 170/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, renovation, and development of state-owned agricultural farms.
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province,

Article 1. Approves the Plan for the reorganization, renovation, and development of state-owned agricultural farms under the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, as follows:
1. Transfer the Sông Đà Agricultural Farm to become the Service and Production Company of Agriculture and Forestry.
2. Transfer the Suối Hai Agricultural Farm to become the Service and Production Pineapple Company of Suối Hai.
3. Transfer the Lương Mỹ Agricultural Farm to become the Service and Processing Tea Company of Lương Mỹ.
4. Transfer the Đồng Mô Agricultural Farm to become the Tourism and Aquaculture Service Company of Đồng Mô and hand it over in its current state to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for management.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the reorganization, renovation, and development of state-owned agricultural farms as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Decide to adjust the area and boundaries of land allocated to agricultural companies in accordance with the local agricultural development plan and the development plan of each agricultural farm.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment, Culture, Sports and Tourism, and related agencies shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province in implementing this Plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renovation and Development shall be responsible for directing, urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time propose to the Prime Minister solutions to overcome difficulties during the implementation process.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
