DECREE
No. 201 dated October 15, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 organizing the people's administration at commune, district, provincial and regional levels;
Pursuant to Decree No. 125 dated July 19, 1946 establishing procedures for setting up administrative units or modifying their boundaries;
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior after considering the report of the Administrative Committee of Northern Region and opinions of the People's Council and Administrative Committee of Bac Ninh Province;
After the Government Council has reached an agreement;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1. The two communes Van Khan and Hien Nganh, previously under Vo Giang District, Bac Ninh Province, are now merged into Tien Du District of the same province.
Article 2. The Minister of Interior is hereby authorized to implement this Decree./.
