DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of supplementary plans for the restructuring and renewal of state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and independent accounting subsidiaries of state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Cao Bằng Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the supplementary plan for the restructuring and renewal of state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Cao Bằng Province for the period 2005-2006 as set out in the attached Appendix.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bằng Province:
- Directs the implementation of the restructuring and renewal of directly subordinate state-owned enterprises in accordance with the contents and timelines approved in Decision No. 263/QĐ-TTg dated March 10, 2003 of the Prime Minister and this Decision.
For state-owned enterprises that cannot be equitized, take the initiative to transfer them to other forms such as sale, dissolution, bankruptcy in accordance with the provisions of the law.
- Implement the restructuring, renewal, and development of forest farms in accordance with Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the restructuring, renewal, and development of state-owned forest farms.
Article 3. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and related agencies shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Cao Bằng Province in implementing this plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development is responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this plan, and at the same time recommending to
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bằng Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
