GENERAL INSPECTOR
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 65/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 20, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate;
pursuant to Decree No. 115/2005/ND-CP dated September 5, 2005 of the Government stipulating the mechanism of self-management and self-responsibility for public science and technology organizations;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Inspection Science and the Head of the Organization and Cadres Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Regulations on the Functions, Tasks, Powers, and Organization and Operation of the Institute of Inspection Science" attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 1798/2007/QD-TTCP dated August 27, 2007 of the Chief Inspector on the issuance of the Regulations on the Functions, Tasks, Powers, and Organizational Operation of the Institute of Inspection Science.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Organization and Cadres Department, the Director of the Institute of Inspection Science, and the Heads of units under the Government Inspectorate shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
