IN KHANH HOA PROVINCE
After receiving the opinions of the Ministry of Transport (Document No. 3832/GTVT-TCKT dated November 26, 1998 and Document No. 282/GTVT-TCKT dated January 26, 1999),
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
This Decision attaches the Schedule of Fees for the use of National Highway 1A at Dien Phu Station Km 1453, Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa Province.

Article 1: The objects subject to payment, the organization of collection, submission, and management of the fees for the use of National Highway 1A at Dien Phu Station shall be implemented in accordance with Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 issued by the Ministry of Finance guiding the fee collection system for state-managed bridges and roads, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 issued by the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 issued by the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/BTC dated January 13, 1999 issued by the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect from March 15, 1999.
Article 3: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees at Dien Phu Station, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
