On the use of state budget funds to purchase assets, materials, and equipment for constructing agency headquarters and administrative management purposes
In recent times, many agencies and units have used state budget funds or funds derived from the state budget to purchase expensive assets, materials, and equipment produced abroad for constructing agency headquarters and administrative management purposes, while many types of such assets, materials, and equipment are already being produced domestically and meet the requirements and provide effective use. This situation is quite common and prolonged; it does not set a good example in implementing the policy of thrift and using domestically produced goods.
