Regarding the promulgation of the Law

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
WHEREAS, Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth Session of the Tenth National Assembly;
WHEREAS, Article 91 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
WHEREAS, Article 50 of the Law on Issuance of Legal Normative Documents.
NOW PROMULGATES:
VOCATIONAL TRAINING LAW
WAS ENACTED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM AT ITS TENTH SESSION, TENTH LEGISLATIVE PERIOD ON NOVEMBER 29, 2006.
