On the basis of Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

On the basis of Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulations on the formulation and implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010;

On the basis of Circular No. 2105/VPCP-KTTH dated April 20, 2006 of the Government Office regarding the approval of trade promotion projects;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman of the National Trade Promotion Program Appraisal Council

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. Approves six (06) National Trade Promotion Programs for 2006 to be led by the Trade Promotion Agency as detailed in the Appendix attached to this Decision.

Article 2. The Trade Promotion Agency shall be responsible for implementing approved projects in accordance with their objectives, contents, schedules, ensuring effectiveness, and creating conditions for businesses of all economic sectors to participate in approved projects.

Article 3. The Trade Promotion Agency shall be responsible for implementing reporting and settlement procedures for program implementation in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on the formulation and implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010 issued together with Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister.

Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 5. Relevant agencies and the Director of the Trade Promotion Agency shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
