Regarding amending and supplementing Decision No. 100/2004/QD-BTC dated December 24, 2004 of the Minister of Finance on the ratio of expenditure and payment of maritime fees and charges to agencies and organizations collecting such fees and charges

Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges, and Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Administrative and Public Institution Finance.

DECISION:

Article 1: Amend the second bullet point under Clause 1, Article 2 of Decision No. 100/2004/QD-BTC dated December 24, 2004 of the Minister of Finance on the ratio of expenditure and payment of maritime fees and charges to agencies and organizations collecting such fees and charges, specifically as follows:

- Retain 50% of the total amount of collected fees and charges; the Vietnam Maritime Administration will coordinate the retained funds among port units according to regulations.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette; other contents of Decision No. 100/2004/QD-BTC dated December 24, 2004 of the Minister of Finance that have not been amended or supplemented shall continue to be effective.

Article 3. Agencies and organizations collecting maritime fees and charges and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
