DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On issuing the List of equipment and technical devices
for Cultural and Information Inspectors
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to the Inspection Law dated June 25, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 41/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 25, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Inspection Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decree No. 138/2005/NĐ-CP dated November 9, 2005 of the Government on the activities of Cultural and Information Inspectors;
Pursuant to Decree No. 100/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on inspection officers and inspection associates;
Pursuant to Circular Joint No. 42/2006/TTLT-BTC-TTCP dated May 15, 2006 between the Ministry of Finance and the State Audit Office guiding the preparation, management, utilization, and settlement of funds to ensure the operation of state inspection agencies;
Upon the proposal of the Inspector General,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision issues the "List of Equipment and Technical Devices for Cultural and Information Inspectors."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Inspector General, the Director of the Office, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture and Information directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
