Regulations on Economic and Technical Standards for Investigating and Assessing the Current Status of Wastewater Discharge and the Capacity to Accept Wastewater of Water Sources

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Based on the Law on Water Resources dated May 20, 1998;

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the Water Resources Management Department, the Head of the Planning Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department,

c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B

Article 1. The Economic and Technical Standards for Investigating and Assessing the Current Status of Wastewater Discharge and the Capacity to Accept Wastewater of Water Sources are hereby promulgated together with this Circular.

Article 2. The Economic and Technical Standards for Investigating and Assessing the Current Status of Wastewater Discharge and the Capacity to Accept Wastewater of Water Sources shall be uniformly applied throughout the country and shall take effect from December 20, 2009.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Director of the Water Resources Management Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
