Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

The Minister of Health and the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs issue this Joint Circular to amend Clause 1, Article 1 of Joint Circular No. 28/2013/TTLT-BYT-BLDTBXH dated September 27, 2013 on the percentage of bodily injury due to injury, illness, disability, and occupational disease.

Article 1. Amends Clause 1 of Article 1

Clause 1 of Article 1 of Joint Circular No. 28/2013/TTLT-BYT-BLDTBXH dated September 27, 2013 on the percentage of bodily injury due to injury, illness, disability, and occupational disease is amended as follows:

"Annexed to this Circular is the table of percentages of bodily injury for medical examination and appraisal as follows: Table 1: Percentage of bodily injury due to injury; Table 2: Percentage of bodily injury due to illness and disability; Table 3: Percentage of bodily injury due to occupational disease".

1. This Circular takes effect from August 15, 2014.

Article 2. Effective Date

2. Abolish Clause 1 of Article 1 of Joint Circular No. 28/2013/TTLT-BYT-BTDTBXH dated September 27, 2013 on the percentage of bodily injury due to injury, illness, disability, and occupational disease from the date this Circular takes effect. During the implementation process, if there are difficulties or obstacles, units and localities need to promptly reflect them to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs for guidance and resolution.
