Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam National Mapping Agency, the Head of the Planning Department, and the Head of the Legal Department,
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates this Circular on the economic and technical norms for integrated surveying and mapping technology.
Article 1. This Circular annexes the economic and technical norms for integrated surveying and mapping technology.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 6, 2015.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of provincial and municipal Departments of Natural Resources and Environment directly under the central government, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
