CIRCULAR

Issuing the List of Toponyms, Topographic, Hydrographic, and Socio-Economic Names for the Purpose of Establishing Maps of Tay Ninh Province

for the purpose of establishing the map of Tây Ninh province

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 6, 2015 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;

At the request of the Director General of the Vietnam National Mapping Agency and the Department of Natural Resources and Environmenta) Public security units at various levels and localities implementing administrative management for social order (hereinafter referred to as public security agencies), including:Department of Legal Affairs;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environmentngi trhereby issues this Circular on the List of Toponyms, Topographic, Hydrographic, and Socio-Economic Names for the Purpose of Establishing Maps of Tay Ninh Province.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the List of Toponyms, Topographic, Hydrographic, and Socio-Economic Names for the Purpose of Establishing Maps of Tay Ninh Province.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 18, 2016.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
